9/21/2004 3.2 It is Great Lakes' policy to accept late nominations received within 30 minutes after the timelines stated in GT&C §3.2 of its Tariff when to do so does not adversely impact any other shipper on its system.
9/21/2004 3.6 Great Lakes expects shippers to receive or deliver at uniform hourly rates. However, Great Lakes will approve non-uniform flow rates during any hour if the system is not adversely affected.
9/21/2004 15.10(B) Great Lakes works to facilitate service to Replacement Shippers and will begin service prior to receipt of prepayment (unless requested not to do so by Releasing Shipper), while continuing to pursue prepayment and/or credit enhancement as soon as possible.

10/5/2004 7.4 Pursuant to the discretion provided for by GT&C §7.4 of its Tariff, Great Lakes chose to attend the calibration of a positive displacement meter by its Clearbrook point operator on October 5, 2004.
11/1/2004 3.2 It is Great Lakes' policy to accept late nominations after the ID2 deadline stated in GT&C §3.2 of its Tariff for Rate Schedule MC park or loan service, but only if all of the following apply: (1) the shipper nominates no more than 20,000 Dth/d; (2) the shipper indicates that the volume will be removed or paid back on the next gas day after the gas day on which it is parked or loaned; (3) the nomination is confirmed by the affected upstream or downstream interconnecting party, as the case may be; and (4) acceptance of the park or loan does not adversely impact any other shipper on Great Lakes' system.

10/18/2005 7.4 Pursuant to the discretion provided for by GT&C §7.4 of its Tariff, Great Lakes chose to attend the calibration and verification of the measuring and related equipment of its Emerson point operator on October 18, 2005.
11/18/2005 9.3 Pursuant to GT&C §9.3 of its Tariff, Great Lakes exercised its discretion to agree to accept an invoice payment from a shipper by check.
11/23/2005 9.3 Pursuant to GT&C §9.3 of its Tariff, Great Lakes expects its shippers to utilize Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment, however Great Lakes generally will accept a payment from an individual shipper in a manner other than by electronic transfer. Great Lakes’ determination not to accept a non-EFT payment will be based on non-discriminatory criteria. In the event that Great Lakes determines not to accept a non-EFT payment, it will be logged here.
11/23/2005 9.4 Pursuant to GT&C §9.4 of its Tariff, from time to time Great Lakes will waive accrual of interest on the unpaid portion of an individual shipper’s bill where such occurrences are infrequent, and/or shipper has offered a reasonable explanation for the occurrence. In the event that Great Lakes determines not to waive interest on the unpaid portion of an individual shipper’s bill, it will be logged here.
1/24/2006 7.4 Pursuant to the discretion provided for by GT&C §7.4 of its Tariff, Great Lakes chose to attend the calibration of metering by its Emerson point operator on January 24, and may attend further calibrations at that point on January 26, 2006.
4/13/2006 26.2(B) It is Great Lakes’ policy to agree to a prepayment in lieu of credit enhancement for short term services of less than one year.
5/11/2006 13.3 Pursuant to GT&C13.3 of its Tariff, Great Lakes deliveried in excess of gas temperature at Engadine on May 10, 2006. Gas temperature was in excess due to Shipper's operation of gas heaters.

1/5/2007 9.1 Consistent with the discretion provided in GT&C Section 9.1 of its Tariff, it is Great Lakes' policy to e-mail on the fourth day of the month, to each Shipper, a notification that its statement of the amount due for the preceding Month (i.e., its invoice) is available for viewing on Transporter's Web Site. Upon a Shipper's request, Great Lakes will also send on the fourth day of the month that Shipper's actual statement of amounts due, via either e-mail or facsimile.
